Where are your products manufactured?

All products made by us are proudly manufactured in Queensland, Australia. Some additional items may be produced by our trusted partners, whose products may be made elsewhere, and their origins may vary - details are provided on the product page where relevant.

Ordering & Payments

What currency are prices shown in?

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversions shown at checkout are not provided by us and may vary depending on your payment method.

How much does shipping cost?
  • For Australian Orders: Delivery costs will be applied at checkout and may vary according to the type of shipping selected.
  • For International Orders: Global shipping not yet available.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods at checkout, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay), as well as secure digital options such as Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

When will my order be processed?

Once your Order is accepted and payment is processed, dispatch typically occurs depending on your order type: 

  • For standard in-stock orders: typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. 
  • For pre-orders: dispatched within approximately two (2) weeks after the pre-sale period ends, unless otherwise specified. We may dispatch earlier where stock becomes available. 

Delivery

How long does delivery take? / When will I receive my order? 

Once your order has been processed/dispatched, delivery varies according to your selected shipping option:

  • Express delivery: we currently do not offer express alcohol delivery.  
  • Standard delivery: delivery to metropolitan areas typically takes approximately 2–10 days. Delivery to regional locations may take longer depending on the carrier. 

Please note, estimated delivery timeframes are indicative only - we do not guarantee delivery within these timeframes. 

How will my order be delivered? / Which carrier is used? 
  • For Australian Orders: All orders are shipped through trusted delivery partners, depending on order size and your nominated Delivery Address. Once your order has been dispatched, we will update you with the delivery provider and the parcel tracking number. 
  • For International Orders: Global shipping not yet available
Are there any areas you don’t ship to? 

Currently, all orders are Australian shipping only. Global shipping not yet available. 

We may be unable to deliver to certain locations as delivery within Australia is subject to geographic and regulatory restrictions. All deliveries are made in accordance with applicable Commonwealth, state and territory liquor laws. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. 

If you nominate a delivery address in a restricted area, we will be unable to deliver your order and instead will refund any payment made. 

Can I request delivery without a signature or to have my order left unattended? 

No. To comply with applicable Commonwealth, state and territory liquor laws, we are unable to authorise deliveries without a signature or unattended delivery. 

All alcohol deliveries must be accepted by a person of legal purchase age. Depending on the carrier, a signature and valid photographic identification may be required upon delivery. 

If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed, we may arrange redelivery, redirect the order to a collection point, or cancel and refund the order (less any reasonable delivery or return costs, to the extent permitted by law

Is my order securely handled during delivery, and will it arrive without damage? 

Your order is securely handled throughout delivery and carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. 

We use trusted carriers who are instructed not to leave parcels unattended, helping ensure your delivery is managed with care from dispatch to arrival. 

Our packaging is intentionally designed to protect both your order and the environment. It is made from FSC®-certified, 88% recycled paper and is reusable, curbside recyclable, and biodegradable, reflecting our commitment to sustainability and responsible production. The honeycomb structure provides exceptional strength and cushioning, significantly reducing the risk of breakages while minimising waste. Our packaging system has also been extensively tested, achieving a 0% failure rate in UK shipping certification trials, and has been used across our network for over four years with no reported breakages. 

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has entered dispatch processing or has been dispatched, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.  

You may request to cancel or amend your order only prior to it entering the dispatch processing stage, please refer to Refunds and Returns Policy for more information. 

If your order has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. 

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via the form below or email us crew@sixfathoms.com.au within 7 business days of receiving your goods. We’ll require your proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) along with clear photographic evidence of the issue. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, unless they have arrived damaged.
