• Promotion Supporter: 6FAS is promoting the draw in connection with its special edition collaboration product but is not responsible for administering the competition or awarding prizes. 

By purchasing any XMUSIC Exclusive Edition products, you are eligible to participate in XMUSIC’s Golden Ticket Draw. 

1. Eligibility 

• Open to residents of Australia who are of legal purchase and/or drinking age (18+) and proof of age by means of Valid photo ID must be provided upon delivery or collection to verify that the recipient is of legal purchase and/or drinking age (18 years or older in Australia). 
• Employees of XMUSIC, Six Fathoms, or their affiliates, and their immediate family, are not eligible. 
• The promotion is void where prohibited by law. 

2. Competition Period 

The promotion runs from March 3, 2026 to May 4, 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be valid. Prizes are drawn on May 5, 2026. 

3. How to Enter 

• Each XMUSIC 5th anniversary campaign purchase including shows, merch or alcohol (including the XMUSIC 5th Anniversary Collector Series collaboration product from Six Fathoms) during the Promotional Period entitles the purchaser to one (1) free entry into the Golden Ticket Draw. 
• Multiple purchases result in multiple entries (e.g. 20x campaign items = 20x entries). 
• No alcohol purchase necessary: Eligible entrants may alternatively enter by purchasing alternative (non-alcoholic) XMUSIC 5th Anniversary Collector Series Campaign items sold directly by XMUSIC during the Promotional Period. 
• All entries are collected and administered by XMUSIC. 

4. Prizes 

• There are five (5) golden tickets prizes are available to be won. 
• Each golden ticket (prize) entitles the winner to 2x XMUSIC tickets to a live show in 2026 of your choice valued at AUD $75 each (AUD $150 for both), plus a limited-edition XMUSIC sampler valued at AUD $50, totalling to AUD $200. Travel and accommodation not included. 
• The total prize pool value is AUD $1,000 (being maximum $200 per prize). 
• The prize is supplied by XMUSIC. 
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  
• Should the prize recipient/winner be unable to accept the prize, they will forfeit and that prize will be re-drawn to an alternative prize recipient/winner. 

5. Prize Winner/Recipient Selection & Notification 

• Five (5) Prize Winner/Recipients will be selected at random by XMUSIC on May 5, 2026 (after Promotional Period closure). 
• Five (5) Prize Winner/Recipients will be drawn at random at the same time from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. 
• Each Prize Winner/Recipient will receive one (1) prize. 
• Prize Winner/Recipient will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the draw closure (Prizes are drawn on May 5, 2026). 
• If a prize is not claimed within 30 days, the XMUSIC will consider the prize forfeited and conduct a redraw. 
• Should the prize recipient/winner be unable to accept the prize, they will forfeit and that prize will be re-drawn to an alternative prize recipient/winner. 
• Accepted Prize Winner/Recipients will be publicly shared by XMUSIC on their social media and/or website. 

6. Responsible Service & Compliance 

• This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Liquor Act 1992 (QLD) and all applicable laws. 
• The promotion does not encourage excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol. 
• Entry into the draw is not conditional on purchase or consumption of alcohol as eligible entrants may alternatively enter by purchasing alternative (non-alcoholic) XMUSIC 5th Anniversary Collector Series Campaign items sold directly by XMUSIC during the Promotional Period. 
• 6FAS and XMUSIC support the responsible service and consumption of alcohol. 

7. General Conditions 

XMUSIC reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is misleading, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 

XMUSIC reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. 

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility. 

Failure by the XMUSIC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

With any purchase through 6FAS, participants agree to 6FAS’ Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, the XMUSIC and 6FAS exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the prize. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded. 

XMUSIC is responsible for the provision and fulfilment of the prize.  

6FAS’s role is limited to promoting the collaboration product, disclosing customer information to XMUSIC, and informing customers about the draw. 6FAS accepts no responsibility for the quality, suitability or fitness for purpose of the prize supplied by XMUSIC. 6FAS is not responsible for the administration of the competition, the draw process, or the awarding of prizes. 

9. Privacy 

Personal information is collected by the 6FAS for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting the winner. 

As part of the nomination process, relevant personal information will be disclosed to XMUSIC by 6FAS as the 6FAS product forms part of the Promotion entry requirements.  6FAS may disclose personal information to the XMUSIC and any additional service providers only for the purposes of conducting the promotion. 6FAS will collect, use and handle personal information in accordance with 6FAS’ Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of assessing nominations (if applicable), contacting nominees or entrants, and facilitating order processing and fulfilment where relevant. 

Personal information is collected by XMUSIC for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including managing entries and nominations, and is handled in accordance with the XMUSIC’s Privacy Policy. 

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at [website], and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 

Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the 6FAS. 

10. Governing Law 

This promotion is governed, but not limited, by:
